Naval Station Mayport has 1,524 permanent party/ship beds in Hayward Hall, Halsey Hall, Buildings 1587, 1586, and 1585, MCPON Delbert D. Black, and Building Space 2234 .is available to Sailors in pay grades E -1-E-3, E-4 with less than four years of service and E-1-E-3 for rotating personnel and E-1-E-3 for personnel non-rotating. All non-rotational E-5 and E-6 personnel, E-7-E-9 personnel, and officers are directed to the Housing Services Center for access to local community housing services and reduced rent programs, including housing privatized, according to availability. Resident advisors are authorized only as needed to maintain a high military presence in unaccompanied apartments and may have a waiting list.
